This ducument is the agreement between Mr.Natarwat Wongsmutra(Called as SiamTransport.Com) and
the customer. (In This document, SiamTransport.Com will be called as service provider and the customer
is the one who registra and booking our service though the website)

1.Service Provider commited to provide the vehicle and send the customer to the request destination which
show in the request information database of the customer.

2.Customer is agree to pay the fair for vihecle rental to the service provider before using of service.

3.Customer is freely to change,postpone or cancel any of their request order anytime. But must done it before service is start or aleady done. At this stage customer is commited to pay full payment to service provider with no any arguments.

4.For any accident that occur during the service(Car accident), Customer will recieved the payment for accident by the official car insurance and under term of our Car 'S Insurance Company . Customer agree not to claims or sue service provider (siamtransport.com) in any kinds of accidents.

5.For baggage lost claim, service provider will be pay not beyond 1000 thai baht for one trip and incase of
an evident that it was driver's or our staff mistake or mischeck.

6.By booking request service and all agreement to use our service on this web site, Customer accepted that he/she already know all the terms on this document
